Hybrid Roasting Pepper - Sweet Delilah
Large, thick fleshed Italian Marconi roasting pepper with very high yields. Nice apple green, but usually marketed at mature deep red for the best flavor. Typically has 3 lobes that taper to a sheep's nose rather than a blunt tip.
