Hybrid Acorn Squash - Mashed Potatoes

Beautiful bright shiny white acorn squash that holds its color into late Fall. Interior flesh is white which when baked and fluffed resembles mashed potatoes. Very productive, typically producing 3-4 large fruit per plant on a compact vine.
